Shipping

When will my order ship?

  • If you place an order once we are in stock, we will do our best to make sure it will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving it. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the following three business days.

  • For products currently available for pre-order, you can place your order now and it will be shipped to you at a later date when they have been delivered to us - currently 4-6 weeks. Once we receive our shipment, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and patience.

Where does Apostrophe Puzzles ship?

  • Apostrophe Puzzles currently ships throughout the United States and Canada.

  • We hope to expand our international shipping options soon, so be sure to check back with us.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

  • We ship to P.O. boxes within the continental U.S. only.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are added to the total cost of your order. 

My puzzle arrived damaged - what should I do? 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please send your order number and a photo to support@apostrophepuzzles.com within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements for damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

What if my item is lost or stolen?

  • Please be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of shipping errors. If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not yet arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are sometimes scanned as 'delivered' when they are still en route.

    If you feel that your item has been lost, please reach out directly to your shipping provider to file a claim for your package. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the package lost.  


Returns

What is your return policy?

  • We accommodate all qualifying returns that are processed within 30 days of receipt. If the 30 day window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return.  Please reach out to support@apostrophepuzzles.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll do our best to take care of it. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Once you've contacted us with your return request, we will provide instructions on how to complete your return.  

    You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned item(s) have been received. Please note that shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded.
